|Imtec announced that it will exhibit at Semicon West 2011 at Moscone Center in San Francisco on July 12th thru 14th.
Imtec will be showcasing its new Xe Series Accubath designed for
chemical processes up to 300°C. The Xe series process tank allows LED
manufacturers to take advantage of the cost and light output
efficiencies that can be achieved by wet chemical surface patterning.

We know there are companies that are interested in high temperature sapphire etching, but are not aware that there are production worthy tools that make it practical. We are looking forward to explaining the benefits of our latest product.
