Imtec maintains a fully equipped quartz and ceramic machine shop that allows us to respond quickly to customers needs for custom quartz or ceramic products and special tank designs. In-house capabilities allow us to supply specialized, high/low volume items with high quality at competitive prices.

Our ceramic machining facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technicians with a combined experience of 60 years in the quartz/ceramic business. When our engineers design quartz pieces with precision features such as 45° scalloped weir edges or welded quartz fittings, our team of skilled technicians rise to the challenge. We have on-site the tools they need to create consistently in-spec, quality quartz and ceramic work.
