Zero Maintenance-  Accuheat’s streamlined and self-contained design means that there’s no need for lamp replacement, calibration, and no reflectors to clean. Our patent pending Teflon® Hot Grip Nuts stay tight without leaking.

Even, Efficient Heating- Imtec’s conductive Inconel heating element applies an even heat over the entire surface area of the quartz tube without requiring any type of purge or cooling. Our proprietary Power Modulator applies the maximum amount of heat that can be absorbed by the liquid, allowing for minimal heat-up times in varying conditions without wasting energy.

Uncompromised Safety- Each inline heater is equipped with redundant temperature and leak sensors for better monitoring and safe operation. All wiring is run in PFA Teflon® conduit to prevent chemical attack.

Flexible Configurations- Imtec’s inline heater are available in Single Tube or Dual Tube models for vertical or horizontal mounting in an array of Wattage options. Parallel or Series flow paths are available. Where a standard in-line heater is not appropriate, IMTEC can design custom products specific to your heating requirements.
