Sulfuric acid heater, Phosphoric acid heater using Quartz chemical heater. High purity acid heater is achieved, Reliable chemical heater. Accubath is a Silicon nitride etch Quartz heated tank. |
Quartz Bath
Quartz heated bath with Hot phos bath and Hot phos tank. Quartz tank with Heated tank for KOH also Heating KOH. Sulfuric Acid Wafer processing tank with PFA Teflon heated bath. PFA Teflon heated quartz tank as a Heated Stainless Steel tank. For Resistgard is a Photolithography area lighting Fluorescent lamp sleeves creating Tinted lamp sleeves for Cleanroom lighting. Fluorescent lamp shields makes megasonic cleaning and UV blocking for fluorescent lamps.
